Product Description:

eggTime is a little countdown timer. It will ask after how many minutes it should warn you and puts a display file on your desktop; the display file name shows you the time left. When the alarm goes off, eggTime can notify you in the following ways: - If a file named "Alarm File" is in the eggTime folder it will be opened. By default it is a system sound file and the Finder will just play it. You can replace it by any file or alias; it will be opened just as if you open it via double click. - If the Alarm File is missing, eggTime will beep three times and if you have speech activated it says "It's time, it's time!" In any case an additional dialog is shown: "Eggs ready!" and the display file on the desktop will be deleted.

What's new in this version:

A mistake in eggTime's icon resources could make all AppleScript's look like eggTime. If this happened for you, unstuff 1.3.1, move eggTime 1.3 to the trash and empty it. Then start up your computer and hold the command-option keys until you get the message "Do you want rebuild the desktop databse for volume x?". Click "OK", this will assign the correct icons to your AppleScript's.

I don't consider this FREE since when the time is up it launches a browser window and sends you to KAGI to pay for it!

with Internet Explorer. Worked great on first and subsequent runs! The program did not change my Apple Script Applet Icons and they remain functional. Thanks for a neat program Christian!
