of FaxElite finally does what I've wanted in fax software for years! You can actually mark-up the faxes with text and pasted graphics and then send them off. I no longer have to print, fill out, scan and send back to fill out various forms. FaxSTF added this feature some time ago... but the program was so buggy and slow that I couldn't possibly use it. This thing works!

6 now makes the distinction between dial-out prefix (e.g. "9" for Centrex systems) and long distance/international prefixes, plus you can set it to ignore your local area code(s). For me this was it's main shortcoming in the past.
