Product Description:

As the name suggests, it's inspired by the movie TRON. Or more exactly, by all the games that where inspired by the movie TRON. You steer a futuristic bike, called lightcycle. Combat takes place in a rectangular arena. Your bike leaves a trail behind, which is like a wall. The goal is to force the other players to drive into a wall. The winner is the last player alive.

  • red outlines on the recognizer
  • better 3D sound effects
  • sound effects for player's lightcycle
  • sound effects for recognizer flying overhead
  • support for 'switching songs' (add your own music)

textures, effects and options turned on and at crazy speed, etc. this game is awesome. Shoot-em-ups are boring, glTron is fun, especially with other players on a large monitor. Many thanks to all concerned for this game.

Strongblade, I don't know if you've found it yet, but you can turn off the flying drone by going to the Video setting, detail, and turning off the Recognizer. >That< definitely speeds up play! I also recommend playing with four people on one keyboard (extended of course!) and one large monitor (we use a 20") and on Crazy speed. It's wild! It's also very quick...

and addictive game! Lovely feel, good sound, and runs wondrously on my humble G3. Does get a bit choppy though when playing with four people and a split screen... ;-) Thanks for this!
