Durable Power of Attorney for Finances documents were updated for all states.
Healthcare directives documents were updated for the following states: AL, CA, DE, FL, GA, HI, IN, KY, MD, MN, MI, MO, NC, OH, RI, TX.
Self-proving affidavit document was revised for all states.
In the Legal Manual, Chapters 4 (About Your Property), 13 (Durable Powers of Attorney for Finances) and 14 (Healthcare Directives) have been updated. If you have legal questions in these areas, refer to the updated electronic version of the Legal Manual, rather than the hard copy manual that came with the program. To view the electronic version of the Legal Manual, open WillMaker's "Help" menu and select "Help Contents and Index."
A bug which caused the program to crash under certain circumstances when exporting documents to RTF was fixed.
A bug whereby a portfolio with an extremely long bequest in the will document caused the program to crash was fixed.
Some minor typos were fixed, and some additional minor technical problems were resolved.
