What has NEVER changed are our website and email addresses: Since you purchased our product a year ago, you HAVE had permanent access to us all along by email at: info@arboretum.com sales@arboretum.com mactech@arboretum.com These ARE on your CD, your invoice and your registration confirmation email although the main line and fax numbers there are obsolete. Our Toll Free number has NEVER changed but has recently been interrupted for about ten days because of phone service adjustments between SBC and ACC. It has been operational again since June 21st: 800-700-7390. WHAT IS WRONG on your part, unfair and totally slanderous are your re-iterated allegations that we want to rip-off our customers. Again, WE KNOW BETTER. There have been four updates of HyperEngine-AV, now at v. 1.3, since we released the original "Montage" product. What is your problem? We are not aware of any email from you. We don't even know your name which definitely doesn't seem right. This is the third time you post very serious accusations on a major website, anonymously. Please DO contact the Sate of California Attorney General's office. Maybe that way we'll finally know who you are and what your problem really is.
