Man, I can only dream of what must have happened that would make Apple actually update one of their own products for OS 9....

I sit here in utter shock...but then, I remember, AppleWorks is carbonized so it'll work in both 9 and X....then it becomes apparent: We only got this update because Apple wanted to update the X version...

You know Apple, MS still supports Windows 95....yet you can't even manage to support OS 9?

As of 1/15/04 at 11 AM EST, VersionTracker and Apple's own download site are pointing this link to the OS X updater, 6.2.9. According to Apple's site, there IS a version 6.2.8 update for OS 8-9 .... hopefully their webmaster will fix this ASAP.

and X versions as .app on 9.2.x, adds a ton of Help and updates the DataViz components. AutoCalculate response improved depending on spreadsheet size and contents of cells. Needs 14,000K to be at best, 8000k minimum. Solid.
