docs. Those are disabled on purpose, you have to pay the shareware fee to get those.

BROKEN! This program does NOT do as advertised; running under OS 9 the "show connection" and "destroy connection" options are ALWAYS greyed out (regardless of which window is open and what connection is highlighted), so there's actually NO way to monitor TCP data with this program, which is it's main touted feature, and which worked fine in previous versions of TCP Watcher. And just to make things worse there is no section on their website covering this program like support or a FAQ or anything (it's just like one big infomercial site to sell interarchy) BIG disappointment.
