it was like ground hog day, you know the movie. The mozilla browser stayed in tuesday on wednesday then again on thursday. when i got to my opening yahoo page it kept reading tuesday. i went to a different web site and it said tuesday too. so i went to my explorer browser and the opening yahoo page reads wednesday on wednesday. don't figure. i might try to down load it again.

Mozilla ReviewGood, but... - Version: 1.2.1, 4/10/2005 05:33PM PST

MacAddict2000
I like this browser because of the fact that it blocks pop-ups and all that good stuff that no other broswer can do in OS 9. But there is a set back. After awhile, the RETURN key will not take me to a website after the URL is typed in. I hit RETURN and it just sits there lifeless. There is a fix by finding and deleting the 'history.dat' file, but it only seems to work for a couple of hours at most. Then I'm back to no RETURN key again.

Besides this, it's a great browser. The obvious choice for OS 9 users. I've used others, but they can't ever remember my window settings. In Mozilla, I set it to open full page, centered and when I restart Mozilla, it keeps those same window settings I made for it. None of the others do this, and that's a big pet peave for me as far as computers go. "Leave my window settings the way I had them," and Mozilla does just that.

Overall, a nice browser, despite the RETURN key issue.

Mozilla Troubleshooting ReportI can't even install this... - Version: 1.2.1, 10/19/2003 02:23PM PST

buford
I get an -207 error whenever the installer begins doing it's business. How can I even evaluate this software without it working? I'm running OS 9.2.2 but there's no documentation with the download so I don't know what the deal is. If anyone knows why, I'm all ears.

you are SOOOO close- this is almost to GM-it is about 95% finished and bug free-it is NEARLY READY for prime time-and then you drop the ball-please give us a FINAL build-You probably owe it to the majority of Mac OS9 users-since Mozilla X will be obsolete any day because of SAFARI-why even waste your time in OS X? Finish this, PLEASE!!

Behaves the same as Netscape 7. Sometimes freezes on startup a otherwise rocksolid stable 9.2.2 Powerbook 667.

Mozilla ReviewThe best browser for OS 9 - Version: 1.2.1, 5/5/2003 10:08AM PST

I've tried all the latest challengers to MSIE and Mozilla wins hands down in terms of speed, features and stability. Finally I can consign crawling Explorer to the trash can.
