If your Internet Provider or email software allows you to filter email or block Spam- that's good! However, it also makes it easy to unwittingly trash important email - that's bad! This means that if and or isn't in the list of people that are allowed to send you email, your registration code, update info, or a technical support answer will never reach you. If you haven't received your registration password or the answer to your question, that's why.

and it looks like it is worth a look for anyone considering buying it. (i.e. well conceived it appears and you can try it before buying which though the author doesn't mention... may assume that purchasers know since it is shareware)
