that QuickTime and Real Media or WiMP have ANYTHING in common simply don't understand the nature of QuickTime. They all do audio and video, sure - but QuickTime is the ONLY one that is a true multi-layered PROGRAMMABLE interactive media format. Look in to it. There is no comparison. Now, as to LiveStage - they deserve credit for being the only application to fully support what the QT platform has to offer - but the UI needs MAJOR work. Regardless, we own it, use it, and after a steep learning curve - love it. Kind of like an ugly sibling. Would be 5 stars if the UI was improved.

concept, but its really hard to profit or even get started when the app costs this much, I cant get enough of this type of work to justify it.

to work with..too many windows openning all the time. The UI needs work.. and the price is way too high for a 'Quicktime only' tool. Output to Real and Winmedia and it would be worth it. I'd give it 2.5 stars but there is no such thing so I'll round it up.

itself can make a Quicktime movie like you want - just make your presentation in powerpoint and select "export quicktime movie". It's actually quite good - especially considering it's M$.
