iRemind is a simple reminder program that allows you to configure the date, and day of the week and time frequency of your custom reminder. To re-configure the iRemind preferences on days that you had previously chosen not to be reminded, hold down the option key while double clicking the application icon to open the program. iRemind runs only on the day that it's been pre-configured to. After you've customized your preferences, put iRemind, or better yet, an alias of iRemind in your startup folder and viola!, you have a once a week reminder in place.
