that it only supports CD drives already supported by iTunes. My QPS Que 24x10x40 external is NOT supported. It is a very late-produced model with an Artec Ultima mechanism. The drive performs great, but there is no native support. I still have to use the Toast Reader. Intech also changed its policy regarding upgrades...now you need your e-receipt number from your original purchase date. Well, since verion 4, I haven't needed it (almost 2 years). Now I do. And I didn't save it. My fault, but they should have ALWAYS required it, then I would have saved it. Other than ATA support being extended, this is really nothing special. But it still works good for me.
Crash, crash, crash,…

buy the product. however, intech's online ordering system does not seem to be working at the moment. attempts to reach intech at their sales email address results in dead air. attempts to reach intech's (only?) etailer, macgurus, at their sales email address results in dead air. is this product still available/supported? are any of these people still in business?
