you probably set it up incorrectly. and it didnt remove the files. nothing ever gets deleted. if you set it to MOVE mode it cleans OUT your folder by moving unused files into another folder. Ify ou set it toe COPY mode it builds a new site in a new folder only containing the files needed. There is no way it deleted any of your files. It never deletes any files. In only moves them OR copys them depending on the settings.
Arghh!

I thought this would help me to get rid of orphaned files. It did almost exactly the opposite. I lost most of my files that were linked to, and it kept all the files that were not linked to. Now I have to try to rebuld my website...

... work. Created a directory within my Sites folder called CLEAN, selected that folder in the Preferences. This app. then quit. Really want this to work, I make such a mess doing web sites, lots of orphans needs tidying up. Dreamweaver is OK at identifying orphans but I'd like a bespoke utility like this to work. Perhaps it's something I've done. The distinction between the destination and source folders could be made clearer. I'm going to watch this app. for the next improved version. Keep up te work, this could be good but for the moment I give it just 1 star, sorry.
