I've used this every day since I got it over a year ago. Seems to be fine with all the software discussed in the feedback, on my machine, anyway (17" Powerbook)

have used it for many years and disabled for the first time last week. I was hoping that there was a fix for the carbon problem.

control panel, and one of the reasons that I won't switch to OSX just yet - this is a much more logical way to organize applications than the "dock". Unfortunately, Carbonized applications cause it to malfunction. As Apple has allegedly done a terrible job of coming up with usable Carbon specs for thew menu bar, Benoit has not been able to write a Carbon-compatible version. Thus, AliasMenu will crash the machine with the newer versions of ConceptDraw, Acrobat, Spamfire, IPNetRouter, Retrospect, Techtool, etc. to name a few.
