Product Description:

This is a utility for viewing and editing images in a convenient fashion. Images are displayed without borders or enclosing windows, so as to give them a clean look on your screen. Effects are simply executed and quick to take effect. Also included is a basic word processor as I find it often comes in handy. Other features include: slide show, system information, movie maker, drag and drop capabilities, image sizing, framing, cropping, posterizing, lightening/darkening, blurring, sharpening, rotation, tinting, inversion, color adjustment, adding captions, various masks, and page layout templates for printing.
ZeboPhoto is not meant as a replacement for an advanced application such as Photoshop. Rather it is an attempt to provide a tool affordable to anyone with it's own style, that is easy enough for a novice to use while still offering some powerful imaging effects.

What's new in this version:

  • Added 2 Up, 2 Tight, 4 Up, 4 Tight, 6 Up, 6 Tight settings to Slide Show.
  • Added minimize toggle button to Slide Show Controls window.
  • Improper formatting of Quicktime version number in System Info window.
  • Added integrated eseller with the capability to register without leaving the application.
  • Added Zebo Launches to System Info window.
  • Added image folder drop capabilities.
  • Reworked Print Layout window; should now provide better memory allocation.
  • Words window no longer closes when canceling the Save Dialog after clicking on the close button.
  • Crash when choosing "Other..." size from Caption window Size menu.
  • Text Size menu now updates check mark properly after choosing "Other..." size.

1.3.8 is a great update and allow me to use ZeboPhoto in a much more friendly way. Alas it does indeed takes up a lot of memory. Its memory usage grows up very quickly as soon as one opens a couple of pics (168Mgs with 3 pics; 334 Mgs with 30 pics). And it still is quite high after one closed the pics and lets ZeboPhoto runs in the background.

This said, ZeboPhoto still is a great app.

of all my digital photo needs EASILY! All the basics are there (slideshow, corrections, print layout etc.) plus other cool things like easily turning a folder of pics into a Quick Time movie. Did I mention it was easy?
