If your Internet Provider or email software allows you to filter email or block Spam- that's good! However, it also makes it easy to unwittingly trash important email - that's bad! This means that if and or isn't in the list of people that are allowed to send you email, your registration code, update info, or a technical support answer will never reach you. If you haven't received your registration password or the answer to your question, that's why.
I would have to disagree ....

.... with the previous review. I also purchased the whole package (Recipe Cleaner, both recipe files, and the program). After the database file became corrupted twice, I contacted customer service (Mitch). The only solution for the problem was not to run the program from the CD. WHAT CD? I downloaded the whole thing. Coming from a PC running MasterCook 6.0 (with nutritional information!), I think I'll stick to text files for my recipes on the Mac. I have more control over the files, and it is a LOT easier to store and print them.
