D1FTP Troubleshooting ReportYet another buggy free FTP client - Version: 1.2, 8/3/2005 03:06PM PST

Using 10.2.8, OS X, FTP

I can't seem to upload any folders, I get a 500 STOR error or something like that. Then, without restarting the application, I'll get a -3247 data port error when trying to upload a single index.html file but can't always reproduce the error.

Is there any real solid free FTP client for 10.2.8 or earlier?

I appreciate the fact that this is free, and that it seems to successfully navigate directories that other FTP clients can't, but there are some bugs.

1. You can't go back up a level after entering a directory - you can select it, but it doesn't work.

2. You can't select more than one file at a time for download.

3. No drag and drop support.

I hope the author will decide to try to add these features.

No delete? How can this possibly be of any use with no ability to delete a folder/directory? Free or not, a basic feature like "Delete" is sorta like selling a Mac without a mouse, don't you think...?
