Supports the LS 8000 ED, LS 4000 ED, LS 40 ED, LS-2000 and LS-30 scanners only.

A single black line will no longer appear in images scanned at certain crop settings.
(SUPER COOLSCAN 4000ED and COOLSCAN IV ED only.)
Changes made to the analog gain settings will now be correctly reflected in the preview image when the Redraw button is pressed.
(SUPER COOLSCAN 8000ED only.)
Opening the Nikon Scan plug-in in Photoshop will no longer cause the computer to crash when certain Photoshop features are used.
The preview image will now return to its previous state when settings in the Unsharp mask palette are set to 2 or over and then cancelled.
Scan time has been reduced for images scanned without using the LCH and Unsharp mask features.
The display of histograms showing data from scanned images has been improved.
