Product Description:

SpamStopper is a little utility for web designers/web masters that will help keep email harvesting spiders from grabbing email addresses from your website(s). How does it work? SpamStopper encodes the text of the email address so that it no longer looks like an email address; thus, all the current harvesting spiders ignore it when they scan internet pages. It�s pretty much that simple. Just enter an email address, a subect (optionally), and specify the link text you would like displayed on your web page � then click the �Convert� button to get the encoded output which is ready to copy and paste into your site creation tool of choice. You can also save all your encoded addresses, too, for future reference.

What's new in this version:

Recreated encoding formats, and now SpamStopper has eight different output formats to choose from: four HTML, and four JavaScript (listed above).
Added an optional email address subject line that can be encoded and included in the final HTML output.
Re-labeled the data fields to better describe what the data is used for. A few people emailed (without having read the documentation, apparently) and thought SpamStopper was to be used to replace their email address within their email application.
Made several interface tweaks in both the OS X and OS 9 versions.
Updated the alert icon in OS X alert sheets: they now draw the proper OS-style icon as they should.

it would be nice if it was possible to simply convert the email address by itself without having to name a text field also. In case you want your WYSIWIG editor to display the text field as your actual email address (in case some people don't have a email program installed on their computer they can still SEE the address and not just a message saying EMAIL ME! or something)
