like this - they claim that you just have to download their special browsing software and then you get access to oodles of smut - while your phone bill gets charged outrageous amounts to 900 numbers or 3rd world countries with sketchy telecom laws. I think this app is intended to make sure that nobody can use your computer and phone line in such a way - roommate, child, etc.

to which one can go, usually porn sites, thatinstruct your computer to dial into another access for which the unsuspecting browser is then charged an outrageous amount via either 900 number or to one of the phone systems in the Caribean- kind of like what cell phone providers do when they call it roaming, but for a much larger amount. ks
