I have had "beta" TWAIN software working for months. But the promises I got, the breaking of those promises, and the general lack of concern for the customer, means I won't ever buy Epson again.

This is a company that could hardly care less once they have sold you their product. Still waiting for my expensive Stylus Scan 2500 to really be supported under OSX. Enough said.
