Product Description:

iVote is an easy-to-use application that simplifies computer voting. With this program, go from old-fashoned paper ballots to digital, flawless computer voting. It has the ability to store the results of the election on a network volume, making totaling of votes fast and easy. Users have to log in, so they can't vote more than once. The full version has the ability to store an infinite amount of users.

making the database accessable via a php or other "web" script? This would be infinitely more useful if it could accept votes via http.

password is iVote (case-sensitive) and the client logins and passwords are listed in the "Imported Users" file. The first column is the User ID; the second column is the password; the third column is just the name of the user.
