better than anything I've been able to find in several years of looking. The quality of the database is its weakest link. The find function has been improved which makes navigating the database less difficult. Would still be better if you could delete unused, redundant or irrelevant entries from the db.

this simple software and most diet software is that it does not take into account your physical activity for the day. Your needs change, relative to your physical activity. For example, you can comsume more calories on a day when you run ten miles. Without the ability to factor that into the equation, the software is flawed by design.
