employee and wanted to follow up about the problems ccurtis and quattro ran into. We'd like to help you figure it out, but it's difficult to diagnose in a forum like this. Send an email to the address in our company profile on this site. BTW this is why we asked for a serial number on the download form. If there's an update or any news on the converter we can inform our customers that have downloaded the utility. We will also be able to better support our customers if we know they have converted from QuickBooks.

it to finally download too. But alas, it locks up my machine hard early on in conversion process. Even tried doubling memory of program. *Sigh* This thing is a no-go. Maybe I'll try it again once my OS X discs arrive. Then at least the machine shouldn't hang. ;-) This thing does not work for me at all and is definitely not ready for primetime :(
