Counterpoint says:

"If it was a great app, there would be a Search function."

It does have a Search function--it's under the File menu.

Your "PR" was well paid for I hope?

Guess it doesn't matter that Mactracker always seems to be about 3 to 4 months late updating after new Macs come out (which isn't very often, geez!) and some of the data ISN'T right (model info for the early G3 PB's was wrong for a long time), or that version updates for Windows and OS 9 are few and far between (yes some of us ALSO use Windows and OS 9 still).

If it was a great app, there would be a Search function

The previous message was not a paid endorsement by Mactracker or any "green from envy" company developers.

Mactracker ReviewThe Green Apple of Envy - Version: 3.0b1, 8/14/2004 04:27PM PST

I have downloaded and utilized every version of MacTracker. The fact that the developer has always provided accurate information, continually updates it, and provides it to mac users at no charge is absolutely phenominal. I wouldn't doubt that there are big companies out there that would give most anything to have developed this little gem. I have used it on many occasions for reference when upgrading or repairing older macs. I take off my hat again and once again say; Thank you Sir.
