Very ironic that an "application for research and study of God and His Word" is named MacSword, and the icon is a cross morphed into a weapon of war. Very medieval military.

I have found no documentation for this new interface.
I have no connection with the authors of this software but am a longtime user.
I have made a rough vodcast to assist those familiar with the brilliant MacSword to install
modules they already have on their harddrive into this markedly different interface.
A similar process presumably applies to those downloading modules for the first time.

It should be noted somewhere that the versions available for this program are for Protestant versions of the Bible. King James and English Standard (ESV) which are non-catholic.
Just would be a courtesy. I'm not criticizing the product, just the lack of clarity in the description.
BTW, if a NAB (New American Bible) version were made available, I would be one of the first to download.

MacSword version 1.4.0b2 (7/22/08) works fine on:
Macmini 1.83 GHz Intel Core Duo

The software is a pain to use because you have to go to their site and manually download and install the text for the app.

This version totally messed up my MacSword. I tried deleting the MacSword preferences and it did not help.No choice but to do a complete wipe of MacSword and all MacSword files and modules until it is fixed.
Now its buggy - Version: 1.3.4, 5/1/2008 04:14PM PST

1.3.4 display is wrong. It will no longer display verses displayed by line.

1.3.3 english primary still has book titles appearing in ?Swedish? both on page window and in find results.
