OS X 10.3.2
HotSync 3.1
Bluetooth sync
Palm Tungsten T3 with OS 5.2.1
I was about to try this, when I decided to check why the Palm seemed to have an amazingly close match (within several seconds) to my Mac clock. I set the Palm time to several hours off using Prefs, and did a plain sync without Clocksync.
The Palm clock was perfectly sync'd to the Mac.

I set the conduit to "Macintosh overwrites Handheld" and seems to set the Palm clock to match that of the Mac.
