If you monitor, say, folder "Test" and then add a file to it, you get a report that file "Test" has been modified, with no detail. Not particularly informative.

this POS. the developer has placed a floating window (above all windows) and u cant move it out of the way or off screen to get it out of the way - in ADDITION to there being a time limit to test it out. I always pay for shareware that i use but this person i gues has decided to force the issue. Guess what.. i won;t bother.. he lost a sale.

product. Helps me monitor our drop boxes at work. A nice feature for the future could be an email alert when a monitored file or folder changes.

monitored files when prompted (should be optimally automatic anyway), 2) Writes "preferences" file to directory where app is located (e.g. /Applications), 2) Uses too much CPU for what it's supposed to do. Giving it two stars because others have gotten it to work, but it's useless for me. I prefer FileMonitor, with its limitations.

is NOT the P & L Software product 'FileMonitor', released in July 2001. You can find FileMonitor within VersionTracker, or at P & L Software's website: www.plsys.com.
