This product is very slick on the surface but has major flaws
It has no file/save so you cant revert, whats more if it crashes you can lose your whole config - all the work I did yesterday was lost because it crashed today when I was adding an item - I was left with an empty project.
The installer it builds does not have a .app suffix and there is nowhere to set the name of the installer other than the save dialog which comes up each and every time you build - somewhat tedious.
It uses a hand crafted directory browser some of the time which is slow and clunky compared to the built in MacOS one.
Editing the look and of the installer is simple if you want a simple installer but if you want anything more complex it is limiting and you have to fiddle around to acheive anything 'custom' - my installer needs the options of 'custom' by default, I dont want a 'simple' install but I have no choice to hide 'simple' nor can I change the text strings.
I dont know how it identifies source files but a recompile to the same destination file was not seen by the refresh command and I had to re-add the item and set all its options - and then it crashed losing all work.
My compile, refresh installer, test cycle simply does not work easily and it should
Buy this if you want a cheap simple installer. Dont buy it if you want something more complex.
Excellent product!

This is a great product, and a good value. I had an installer built for my application within 10 minutes of downloading the software. Congratulations to the developer on a job well done.
V3 SN desn't work anymore - Version: 3.2.1, 6/16/2004 12:36AM PST

I just downloaded MIB 3.2.1 and found out, that my SN for MIB 3.1.5 doesn't work anymore. There is an upgrade fee of about $60 for MIB 3.1.5 to MIB 3.2.1. This is quite strange. I cannot find any clue abaout this on the website.
